Uluru Highlights Small Group Morning Tour + Picnic Breakfast

About This Experience
This is a short morning tour that covers the main sights at Uluru in about three hours. Your guide collects you from your Ayers Rock Resort hotel in a small vehicle that seats a maximum of 15 people, and you drive into the park as Uluru starts to show against the dawn sky.
Your guide takes you to a viewing spot to watch the sun rise on the rock, then sets out an outback picnic breakfast with freshly brewed coffee and tea. Guides are trained on Uluru's plants, wildlife, geology, Aboriginal culture and history, and the small group means you can ask questions along the way.
Next you walk the short Kuniya walk to Mutitjulu Waterhole, about 1 km return. Here your guide tells the creation stories of Liru, the venomous snake, and Kuniya, the woma python, which are part of Tjukurpa, the law of the Anangu Traditional Owners.
The tour finishes with a drive around the base of Uluru while your guide tells the story of the Mala people, before returning you to your hotel. Optional audio guides are available in French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian and Mandarin.
